We have developed a remote AR assistant that allows on-site specialists to rectify faults, being supervised - virtually - by a repair expert. This approach will minimize losses an enterprise may incur due to outage time and cut expenses on equipment repair and expert visits by 2-3 times.
Technical support specialists will see what the customer sees on site
Users can see technical support hints for each equipment part
Users can exchange files, videos, and images in real time
The system allows 2 people to work at the same time: data is synced across devices
PetroEdge, the leading provider of Oil and Gas training in Asia, executes over 300 courses a year through webinars, e-learning and classrooms. The company wanted to add a new dimension to their programmes. They wanted to create an experience that allowed their clients to see and feel actual outcrop sites without experiencing the safety risks and costs of actual travel. The company worked with virtual reality production company MOWAZI WORLD VR to design interactive 6 DOF (degrees of freedom) experiences that achieved this goal.
MOWAZI WORLD VR used photogrammetry to create two different 3D VR models of the outcrop. A total of 500 square meters of Scottish terrain were represented to expert praised precision. In this first ever 360 VR simulation of the outcrop, a client’s employees are able to obtain essential job skills and knowledge without costing millions of dollars in travel and other business costs.
The final product was widely demonstrated at industry events. Based on the initial production success, the creation of five more virtual outcrop videos covering 5000 square meters in Oman and Spain are planned for 2018. Over 1000 geologists are expected to receive the VR outcrop simulation training.
The world's largest oilfield services company, Schlumberger, needed a way to convey the scale of operations to their employees. They turned to Virtual Reality experts MOWAZI WORLD VR. The 360 video production Singapore-based company created an interactive oil field map to introduce trainees to a typical well life cycle.
The oil field environment, inclusive of more than 20 elements, was based on two dimensional reference images. Small animated elements were included to create constant movement and simulate real working processes. The VR project included reservoir characterization, well construction, reservoir production and production delivery.
The virtual reality movies were created in an extremely limited timeline of five days.
This proof of concept VR experience became a selling point for management to consider large scale in-depth VR simulation for business processes in oil and gas. It is currently on display at the MOWAZI WORLD VR showroom to highlight the potential of VR usage in energy.
The extended version of the project features interactive scenarios and training. It is currently under development.
Right in the middle of Singapore’s Circuit Breaker our Singapore office was approached by the largest real estate group in Asia. Due to travel & entry restrictions, they were unable to showcase their luxury properties that the company manages (the average property cost 25 million USD).
After several meetings and Proof of Concept, we came out with our next solution: Immersive showroom. Our solution consists of three main components which are used at different stages of project sales:
These three Immersive components help our customer to enhance each stage of sale with their VIP clients. What previously was done using slides and brochures sent over Zoom, now is more interactive and digital.
First stage of the project involves digital creation of 1,000 Square Meter of property located in the heart of Singapore. Later we are expecting to expand the library of property types, for clients of all categories to choose from, going from SOHO’s to luxury categories of property.
